Timeline: Day 1

What Happens:
Our counsellor speaks with you and your family to understand your NEET score, budget, career goals, and preferences. We explain the Georgia MBBS process in full detail — no pressure, no sales pitch, just honest guidance.

Step 2: University Shortlisting

Timeline: Day 2–5

What Happens:
Based on your counselling discussion, our team shortlists 2–3 universities best suited to your NEET score, budget and preferences from our partner universities: SEU, University of Georgia (UG), Alte University and DTMU.

Shortlisting Criteria:

  • FMGE orientation strength

Step 3: Document Collection

Timeline: Day 5–15

What Happens:
DEBATI shares a complete document checklist. You collect and submit all required documents to our India office or via courier/WhatsApp scan for verification.

  2. 12th Mark Sheet & Certificate (Original + attested)

  3. NEET Scorecard (valid for 2 years)

  4. Valid Passport (minimum 18 months validity)

  5. Birth Certificate (apostilled)

  6. Medical Fitness Certificate (from a registered doctor)

  7. Police Clearance Certificate

  8. Passport-size Photographs (white background, recent)

STAGE 2: APPLICATION & OFFER LETTER

India — May to June

Step 4: Application Submission + Registration Fee Payment

Timeline: Week 2–3

What Happens:
DEBATI submits your completed application to the selected university on your behalf. The registration fee is paid to the university at this stage.

Step 5: University Interview (if required)

Timeline: Week 3–4

What Happens:
Some universities conduct a short online interview in English to assess basic communication. DEBATI prepares you in advance with a mock interview session and tips.

Format:

  • Online video call (Zoom / Teams)

  • Duration: 10–15 minutes

  • Questions: Basic English, motivation, and subject understanding

Step 6: Offer Letter Received

Timeline: Week 4–5

What Happens:
The university issues a formal Offer Letter to the student. This is your official confirmation of selection. DEBATI verifies the offer letter details and shares it with you and your family.

What to Check in the Offer Letter:

  • Your name (exact as in passport)

  • University name and course

  • Tuition fee amount

  • Session/intake date

Step 7: 1st Semester Tuition Fee Payment

Timeline: Week 5–6

What Happens:
First semester tuition fee is paid directly to the university via official banking channels. DEBATI guides you on the exact payment method, SWIFT transfer details and fee receipt collection.

Step 8: Acceptance Letter & Ministry of Education Order

Timeline: Week 6–8

What Happens:
After fee payment, the university issues a formal Acceptance Letter and applies for Ministry of Education approval for your enrollment. DEBATI follows up with the university to ensure the ministry order is received on time.

STAGE 3: VISA APPLICATION

India — July to August

Step 9: Visa File Preparation

Timeline: Week 8–10

What Happens:
DEBATI prepares your complete D3 Student Visa file. Every document is verified, arranged in the correct order and double-checked before submission.

DEBATI conducts a thorough pre-departure briefing session for the student and parents, covering everything they need to know before and after landing in Georgia.

No. The entire process can be managed remotely via WhatsApp, email, and video calls. However, you are always welcome to visit our Kolkata office for an in-person counselling session.

University tuition fees are always paid directly to the university via official banking channels. DEBATI never collects university fees on behalf of any institution.
