What Happens:
Based on your counselling discussion, our team shortlists 2–3 universities best suited to your NEET score, budget and preferences from our partner universities: SEU, University of Georgia (UG), Alte University and DTMU.

DEBATI submits your completed application to the selected university on your behalf. The registration fee is paid to the university at this stage.

Step 7: 1st Semester Tuition Fee Payment

What Happens:
First semester tuition fee is paid directly to the university via official banking channels. DEBATI guides you on the exact payment method, SWIFT transfer details and fee receipt collection.

Q1: How long does the entire admission process take?
From the first counselling call to landing in Tbilisi, the full process typically takes 4–6 months. For the September intake, ideally, start the process by February–March.
Q2: Do I need to visit your office in person??
No. The entire process can be managed remotely via WhatsApp, email, and video calls. However, you are always welcome to visit our Kolkata office for an in-person counselling session.
Q3: Is the university fee paid to DEBATI or directly to the university?
University tuition fees are always paid directly to the university via official banking channels. DEBATI never collects university fees on behalf of any institution.
Q4: What happens if my visa is rejected?
Our 100% success rate means visa rejections are extremely rare. In the unlikely event of a rejection, our team immediately assesses the reason and guides you on the next steps, including reapplication support.
Q5: Can I apply to more than one university at the same time?
Yes. We can submit applications to 2–3 universities simultaneously to maximize your chances of getting the best offer. Our team will guide you through the final selection process before you make a fee payment.
Q6: What is the minimum NEET score required?
As per NMC guidelines, Indian students must have a qualifying NEET score. There is no university-specific minimum score beyond NMC’s qualifying threshold. Contact us with your exact score for a personalized assessment.
Q7: Do you provide accommodation in Georgia?
Yes. DEBATI has its own hostel support in Tbilisi in addition to university hostels and private accommodation options. Our Georgia team handles all hostel arrangements before you land.
Q8: Is there any bond I need to sign after graduation?
No. Georgian universities do not impose any bond after graduation. You are completely free to return to India, practice globally, or pursue postgraduate studies anywhere in the world.
