3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
DEBATI prepares and organizes D3 Student Visa application files for Georgian student visas and has achieved a 99.5% visa success rate.

Visa approval decisions are made solely by Georgian immigration authorities
DEBATI has absolutely no influence over, control of or responsibility for visa decisions made by any government authority
A high historical visa success rate does not constitute a guarantee of approval for any individual student

However:
University recognition status may change at any time as per decisions made by NMC India, WHO, Georgian Ministry of Education or any other regulatory authority
